Im trying to use microsoft access, just to input some questionnaire data so I can see it more clearly, and im having a few problems. one of the fields is body mass index which i typed in with two decimal places eg 20.85, but it has now rounded all the results to the nearest whole number. How do i get my decimal places back?? I'm having such a nightmare with this its jumbled up all the records so i dont know which relates to which questionnaire sheet so i cant go back and fill the decimal places back in again!!! aaaaaaaaaaah please help

If you go into your table set up, check the 'Data Type' column says 'Number'. Then in the table below change 'Decimal Places' to 2. This should do it - I hope.
