The company that I work for went into liquidation last week. As an employee, do I have any rights to get money that is still owed to me?

The liquidators should give you the paperwork to claim money from what used to be the DTI. I think it might be BECC or something similar, I can't keep up with all these government department name changes. IHave a look at the ACAS website. You may want to think of taking legal advice. One of you has probably got a household insurance policy which enables you to have free legal advice. Suggest you look into making a protected award claim to Employment Tribunal (if appropriate).
