Countries requiring dental nurses

My partner is a quailfied Dental Nurse. When she started her training, Dental Nurses were being given work permits in the UK, but now they're not. In case she's not allowed back in, does anyone know where else she would be allowed in to be a Dental Nurse, and if I would be allowed in with her? In particular, Australia and NZ?

Zimbabwe, but she qualified in the UK.
