Gateway to work course

hi I am starting a course on monday to help me get a job which is called GATEWAY TO WORK with a company called BEST LTD what the job centre plus get me on.. Anyone ever been on this course, if so what happens in it as I havnt a clue.

i havent been on this type of "directive2 , although , i was on "WORK DIRECTIONS" , where i attended , the office with an advisor , advisng me , looking up available jobs , i was suited to to and making contact with these companies , it was a weekly thing , if i had arranged an interview , part of there procedure was to check , to see if i had actually attended the onterview ,,,,, i dont know if BEST Ltd , will be simalar to work directions ,,,,who had officesa in London W1 and - HAmmersmith W6 ...... they advise you on back to work grants , available etc ....
