Learing HELP!!!!!

I am at a bit of a crossroads in my working life and would like a bit of a change........
I really enjoy cooking and seem to have quite a natural flair for it (basics). With that said I would really like to train as a chef ,BUT I cant find any colleges/training schools that fully qualify you as a chef...
Any help would be great.

have you tried getting a job in a bup,sorry pub,getting in job experience & go from there,not all top foodies go the formal way
