Hi, The care home I work in, has been down with intake of residents for a few months now, so the home must be running at a lost? We have a meeting next week and I have a strange feeling hours are going to be cut or worse still the home closing up and maybe lose my job. As i have never had a contract, i was wondering what my rights are. Do I have any at all. Any advice appreciated thanks.
