Will I have to give my name?

Hi. Many thanks for previous answers. Could anyone tell me when I report a Residential Home to the CQC Do I have to give my name? I have a list as long as my arm. I'd run out of space if I listed them all. Many thanks.

I don't know what the CQC is, but they won't pull out thumb screws til you scream out your name!

seriously, it depends what your allegations are. if they can find proof with your actual evidence, it should be fine but they may be restricted if you give information anonymously. why not do it on the phone and see what they say?

You would have to give your name, but that doesn't mean it would be publicised. It's so that they can contact you should anything need verifying, and possibly to give evidence in court.
