im working as a clerical officer for the nhs, but i want to do avon as a side thing. Will my child tax and working tax/council tax be affected if i do avon thank you

Yes, of course, it is earned income - if you declare it - which, of course, you will do.

of course i will declare it if i go ahead and do it,but if i lose out then i wont do it thanks
I do Avon, but as a sort of personal service to friends, family and work colleagues, so I don't need to make much profit out of it, and neither do I.

I do know people with large rounds and who do make a good earner of it, but it is very hard work for the reward you get, especially if you're not a natural salesperson.
