What are your hobbies/interests? Approach establishments that have a connection. Ask if you can have a couple of hours there to show them what you can do.

Coffee shop waitress?
I worked in a coffe shop at weekends when I was 15....
my son laboured for a local bulder when he was 15 he got £10 a day for 10 hours a day he has never worked so hard for so little ever since he is now 32
Supermarket? Macdonalds?

My lad got himself a job on a supermarket deli/meat/fish counter. He still knows, to this day, how to gut and fillet salmon.
if your thining of the summer holidays your leaving it too late so crack on now or you will miss out.

Dress smart and go round local shops, florists, pet stores,cafes, restaurants, cinemas, think about yacht clubs, marinas and glf courses too as they have shops and cafes etc
this website will help you with what hours you are allowed to work etc... most employers domnt realise what someone can do at 15 so worth printing stuff off and taking it witth you

Hotels......I worked in a hotel when I was 13.
i worked in a chinise taking orders on a fri/sat night was actually alright
Babysitt. I live in the states so I don't know the US/UK exchange rate--but my sister pays the 14 yr old down the street $15/hr. Tax free. Also often you can babysitt at night, your basically paid for watching T.V until the parents return.
Big organisations won't take you on until you are sixteen. Try a small place. Have you got an animal sanctuary near you? That may be worth a try.
