Working in USA

I currently reside in the UK, but I want to move to USA with the intention of living and working their permantly.


I am having a few problems finding jobs/housing from the UK. I understand that I can 'visit' USA for 90 days, but I must then return to the UK and can not work in the USA during that 90 days.


Thanks in advance for any help or guidance on this matter.
