I am one of 15 shareholders in a private company which formed 3 years ago. One of the Shareholders basically runs the show, and is a paid employee. Communications regarding the day to day running of the business are poor, and he will not provide the shareholders with proper written Management Accounts, so we can assess cash flow.. Can we enforce this, so that we compel him to provide the shareholders with say quarterly Management accounts, rather than simply looking at Business Accounts filed at Companies House?
