contesting a will

can i contest my uncles will, ifeel sure that he was not in sound mind and was influenced by another person, when he made his last will.

Well you can but it will cost you in fees.

And it's no good that you 'feel sure'. What you feel is irrelevant - you have to prove it, with evidence.

And do you have an interest - were you in his previous will and left out of this one? If not, I doubt if you have a case anyway.

by writting feel sure, put it this way he drove his neighbours mad, the police would not come out any more when he phoned, tried to get me to have his neighbour beaten up,
flooded out one of his neighbours.
If I contacted his doctor would he be able to supply medical evidence to confirm that he was not of sound mind.
I looked after my uncle for many years then in the last few months he turned funny with me blaming me for flooding the neighbours.
I was in his last will and would have inherited most of his estate.

reading this...my stepmother said my dad had signed over all his worth...when in fact..she had written everything down..he signed it..and he was at the time on morphine..my sister and i lost the lot...i coulg not,and would not chat to my dad about this,as he was ill. stepmother has now,a new lover,and my sister and i,presumably,loose the lot?
