There are 2 types of JSA, income based and contribution based. She certainly isn't eligible for invome based if her partner works fulltime:

"If your partner or civil partner works 24 hours or more a week on average, you can't usually get income-based JSA (contribution-based Jobseeker's Allowance isn't affected). If they work less than 24 hours, it may affect how much you get

Contribution-based Jobseeker's Allowance
You may get this if you've paid, or are treated as having paid, enough National Insurance contributions (NICs)"

thank you the person she saw made the decesion and told her she's not going to get any thing I feel sorry for her because she does want to work and has been on so many interviews alreadyy she needs some money to live on - she's young girl cant just be on the streets she could get in to trouble
Sounds like she needs to brush up on her interview technique as she is clearly willing to work and I would have thought, for example, that supermarkets aren't too choosy about their shelf stackers. I'm not sure if the Job Centre offers any help on how to conduct yourself in an interview or how to write a CV but she should go and find out.
If she is young then that will be why she isn't entitles to JSA, she won't have made enought NI Contributions to qualify for contribution based and her partner works so ruling her out of the income based.

As meglet says, can't she get a bar job or a shop job for the time being, not as a permanent thing but just to give her some cash whilst looking for a proper job?
