can i force the sale of my property, we can't divorce until the 2nd september 08, but our marriage is over.
he is trying to drive me insane I have tried being reasonable even asked to give me the top floor he can have the other two floors, but he is always pushing me to go crazy like he want me to go insane. i can't rent another property as i pay the mortgage on this one but i can't stay with him either.

Yes you can force the sale of the house, but you have to go to court. You need to see a solicitor first to make everything legal and that you are doing things correctly.
