Trial Bundles

Due to attend a tribunal hearing in next few days and the applicant has not served any trial bundles (no surprise there). these should be served to everybody attending the hearing no later than 10 days before the trial date. I emailed my solicitor to ask whether we should just prepare our own trial bundle, and not serve it on the other side but I cannot get hold of her. Any advice would be appreciated. This is just another thing that the applicant has failed to do.
