i am the respondant in a land registry hearing which is due to take place in early next year, all through the process the claimant and his legal rep have failed to meet every deadline and have 'by mistake' submitted correspondance which were without prejudice, which the LR rejected. The claimant has to submit a trial bundle (10 days prior to the hearing) for each person who will be attending the hearing, due to his lack of performance previously i am pretty certain that he will not comply and have the bundles prepared, ihe never even submitted his allocation questionnaire, if he does not prepare the bundles - what happens?

Play them at their own game. Write to the solicitors with a view to agreeing a trial bundle. If they dont respond then prepare your own trial bundle send a copy to the LR but dont send one to the other side. The LR will understand your caution given the history of the matter.
