I have no idea!! Your best bet (if it concerns you) is to contact the Law Society of Scotland or the Law Society. They will be able to ascertain whether the amount you are being billed is fair or not. But more detail than you have supplied will be necessary.
You will not get a solicitor to put together a trial bundle for you. The moment he acts for you he becomes liable for any mistake etc you would be effectively asking him to indemnify you for whatever action you have taken so far and for whatever happens at trial even though he will not have conduct of it.

Sorry but you will find no solicitor would touch this with a barge pole - it would be professional suicide
I'm assuming that this far you have acted for yourself. It is possible that you have instructed a solicitor already who is on record and you simply want to know what he will charge for this part of the case preparation. If thats the case simply ask him

thanks for your replies. Its not for me but for somebody who is an applicant in a land registry tribunal, who is being represented by a legal executive. Apparently its up to the applicant to issue everybody with a trial bundle which will include statements of case and witness statements for both parties. These then have to be sent to everybody involved in the trial. I presumed his legal rep would make them.
