Hi, Im a second time divorcee (it happens !!) Can my recent ex wife have any claim to my pension ? I hear that only the first wive has/had acess?
Also, as my pension is in Denmark, can the UK courts have any influence, or demands?

Yes. Any wife - no matter which one, can now have a claim on a pension. You really need to speak/see a solicitor in your locality. Why is your pension in Denmark? Maybe, if you live in Britain, you should speak to a Danish solicitor.
