Bonus pay calculation in redundancy
Does any one know if I have a right to have bonus pay calculated into my redundancy. I work for a sales company and have always acheived my targets and this would make my pay 30% more than my company has said that I am entitled to. I work for a large company that is stremlining left, right & centre and it's not like they can't afford it. As of the last four hearings they cannot confirm this.

Severance is compensation for pay forgone. Bonus is linked to sales and if you don't earn it becasue you are not working i think the company probably won't allow for it
