Harassment of another
A court case where I was a witness ahs been completed.
Origionaly the person pleaded not guilty to Section 5 of teh public order act.
I then had a call from the court to say that he has pleaded guilty now and I no longer need to attend court to give my evidence.
I have received a letter today from the Witness Care Unit stating that he pleaded guilty to : Harassment of another?
Is this different to his original charge and if so, why and who would have changed the nature of the plea? thanks for your help in advance
