Yes, you have an elected Member of Parliament who is responsible for the City of Westminster, who speaks eloquently in the House on behalf of his constituents on several issues affecting social justice. I recommend you contact him if you are having difficulties with your local council.

Right. I have a solicitor and am in contact with my local MP but you think I should contact Boris?

This is what I will do then and in the mean tme back to the original question of do you know where I can read some cases where people have taken the council to court on matters I have mentioned?
