noisy neighbours..
okay, I've tried the nicey-nicey approach!
my neighbour has moved his girlfriend in (they're not kids, both late 40's) and I've heard she has sleep problems. well so do I now! I get woken at all hours, 3-4 nights a week, by knocking noises (no, not like that!), banging doors, etc. I've asked about 10 times if they could please be more considerate, and Mr Funny tells me today he thinks it's his cat knocking things over.. my own cat doesn't wake me, I don't see why his should!
any ideas?

Has it only started since the girlfriend moved in Sara?
I would think you would be best keeping a diary of the noisy incidents, then confront him again. Failing that not working throw the book at him literally lol.
CAB may be able to advise you further re noise nuisance, or contact your local council.
Hope the idiot listens to reason.
