My ex-husband was granted a contact order with my 2 children but he has not seen them in the last 6 months! He now wants to see the children and is taking me to court again! Where do I stand as he has not stuck to the agreement?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.as it's 6mths you may be at the mercy of court. after about 2 years the court would leave it to you. hope you've gone back to your solicitor, get armoured up. it could be a battle depending on your more finer points. also think is he now doing it because he wants to look good to someone/something else? my friend is in a similar situation and he only wanted to start to see the child after a split when he had another court case to keep a child from being taken away when the child was a result of an affair with a crack addict. good luck anyway.
