Neighbour from hell!

My neighbour has now got 2 cars and keeps parking his new one in my allocated parking space which has got my house no painted on. Inspite of being warned so many time he keeps on doing it. Is there such a legislation that protects me?

Hi azmat15. I had a similar situation and I was told by the police that I could put a notice on the wall to notify others that this space was private property and they would be clamped. The guy parked there again and I clamped his car. I took a photograph of the clamped car and the sign on the wall. The guy was furious and the police were called. I agreed to waiver the �50 release fee and the guy never parked in my spot again. Some people are just bullies. You could use the post device and simply wait for this plonker to park then put the post up so he is trapped and cannot access his vehicle rather than you having to keep putting the post up and down.
