UNDER SCOTS LAW WHAT IS THE NOTICE REQUIRED TO TERMINATE A SHORT ASSURED TENANCY AGREEMENT, THE TENANT IS THREE MONTHS IN ARREARS WITH RENT AND HAS BEEN IN THE PROPERTY FOR 18 MONTHS, THANKS
