my friend turn up for his cousin job. he left England and went to his native country due to personal problem back home

when his cousin (original employee) turn up for his job he was arrested and later on given 2 month suspended sentence. it was a job in a tesco store. my friend applied for police certificate back from home and his record show " No Trace". Which means no convictions, cautions and impending prosecution.

will he face any charges if he come back to uk ( Though his police certificate shows No Trace)

Once upon a time a person got a job in Tesco but on the day he was due to start this new job,he was unwell. Fearing he might lose the job if he didn't go in, he sent his cousin who looks very much like him.

It didn't work and the person with the job was arrested for giving his ID to someone else to use and for breaking the trust and terms of his immigration status. He served 2 months suspended sentence.

In the meantime the cousin had left the UK and now wonders whether he'd be allowed back in. I think.

From what I can make out the other person (not the cousin) is guilty of impersonating someone else and of aiding an illegal immigrant to get a job.
