Very old caution

Hi, i received a cuation at 13 years old, back in 1995... i will be subjected to a CRB check, will this show up? or how can i find out if it is deleted or not?

As far as I know, this was sealed when you turned 18. Forget about it.
although I should mention a conviction is a different matter...

would it be wise to decare it on the form? or as it was such a long time ago, just forget about it?

Always disclose the empolyer will thank you for your honesty.

However if the application form states CONVICTIONS you can answer NO as a caution is not a conviction.

If the form says Cautions or Convictions then you would be wise to fully disclose.

It might still be on there and would still show up on a check if it is. But you can get a form by going to your police force's website - it costs �10 and will show you exactly what is on there
It won't show up on your record after 18 and cautions are usually wiped after 3 years. Personally I wouldn't declare it on your CRB check
