Norman thank you very much for your advice, when we booked are flight we were asked, do you have any criminal convictions james said yes.
She told james he would have to apply for a visa, norman we panicked so we thought we had better do the right thing, at that time we did not have a computer, and we did not realise the risks of james getting stopped were low.
Norman we realise, that we have done the wrong thing, i think that some times honesty is not the best policy, ones again thank you we do appreciate your advice. take good care , love megan & james. xx

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Hi,further to my other post,i spoke to one of the staff last night and explained the situation to her,she works in the visa section at grosvenor sq, she pointed out to me all failed applications are recorded on their computer,in london,but she could not say whether it would be passed on to the immigration computer in the USA.i would say knowing the yanks,this is a strong possibility,and the chances of james trying to get in on the waiver form could be silly,as if it flagged up,they would just send him home on the next flight.the only thing i can suggest is for him to try and put right the things they are not happy about,from his original visa application.sorry,but it looks like you might have to go without him this time.
