i loooked through my window and saw someone mashing up my car i went outside and in the heat of the moment i beat the person up,the police was called and i was arrested at the scene, i have already attened court and was charged with abh the case is still on going but what is the likely chance of me not getting a jail sentence

I agree, i would of beat up the **** aswell! U probably wont go to jail if you havent done this before, people do worse and still walk the streets! God luck!

but wacklaa you havnt told them that it was your woman of 6years also 8months pregnant at the time with your second child who you beat up that day with a mentle poll and it wasnt your window you was looking out of it was the womans window that you was having an affair with, lucky she was forgiving or else you would b locked up right now. also wacklaa beats up lots of women all the time this wasnt the first time or the last
