what would be the likely sentence given to my very much ex in regard to above .........guilty abh x2 .(domestic abuse)
there are 9 0ther offences(domestic) being taken in to account and he has a previous guilty on me from a few years ago ...All of the abh and offences commited while on probation.he changed his plea on day trial began
what is he likely to get...????

I would hope that he would not get just a slap on the wrist.
The law is clamping down on these people who think that it is justifiable to beat a woman, and about time too.
I think for 2 counts of abh he would be looking at between 12 and 18 months. Hopefully longer.
I have to say that i hope you are now out of this abusive relationship and stay out of it.
I know what its like and i too have moved on.

You can never tell until you get into court, because some sentences are ridiculously lenient and can differ so much. just hope your ex. gets his just desserts, and that you stay well away from him - and others like him - in future. x

thank you for yor replies .i am out of the realationship thankfully and obviously want the right justice done for the abuse he gave me ....i am hoping he will get custodial sentence as this will be final closure for me
surely the previous and the fact i was pregnant for 1 ofthe abh charges is serious in itself
