i am in human right court

hi every one thanks very much for every one it was really helpful info i been given . I am going human rights court next monday my case is i had student visa & married with british citizen in back home we came back together . iwas refused entry and been told to get spouse visa because my student visa is not valid . but ifght because my graduation is due in november and i am still student and i married i back home not in th Uk . well i spent 15 days in dention centre and then i was bail out by immigration court . Now thye bring my all past record which inculde i had company registerd on my name while i was student and did business (i was new in this country , dont know at that time why people register their company just want to do some business with great ideas i had) aslo some one writing them and compliaing about me that i am involve in money laundering (i never been arrested by police ) in all that charges or never been quized . any advice from any one or can guess what will happen next. Immigration just want to deprot me and keep insisting my solicitor to send me back i spend 7 years in Uk . No criminal conviction been proven on me .. HELP pls
