drunk and disordaley

after been attacked in a pub by three people i came out of the pub they followed me and a argument spilled into the street police asked me and my boyfriend to move on which we did 200 yards up the road walking home togeather police stoped again and arrested me for drunk and disordaley, after i was attacked and hit over the head many times i lost knowledge of surroundings and was not in a fit state, i wish to appeal against this charge do i have any gounds to do so
