wierdo at work!

I've found out this week that the arse who sits opposite me at work, but hasn't spoken to me for a year, has been keeping notes about my movements and conversations with 3rd parties. some of these notes were put to me in a taped witness interview today, as there are internal fraud issues going on. I'm not involved but he has tried to implicate me. I am furious! my question is.. can he make these notes without my knowledge/permission? is it a Human Rights issue, or maybe covered by some privacy law? thank you..

stompe.. it's revenge and petty point-scoring. he's made allegations and 2 bosses (my work friends) have been suspended.

nk, no.. he doesn't get on with the management. it's all part of his plotting. he's seriously weird. nutter.

I was messing around in the office a couple of years ago and ran to get a bar of chocolate from his desk. he grabbed me from behind, and I had bruises on my upper arms for days. he really hurt me.. he just has no idea how to behave with people.

yes, it's revenge on me! he's a very bitter man. he's making me suffer, plus the people I care about.

you're not wrong, nk.. he really doesn't have any friends at all. I just want him gone so I can move back to my office. he's caused a lot of upset and disruption with his allegations, apart from how he's been with me.
