I've found out this week that the arse who sits opposite me at work, but hasn't spoken to me for a year, has been keeping notes about my movements and conversations with 3rd parties. some of these notes were put to me in a taped witness interview today, as there are internal fraud issues going on. I'm not involved but he has tried to implicate me. I am furious! my question is.. can he make these notes without my knowledge/permission? is it a Human Rights issue, or maybe covered by some privacy law? thank you..

Hi i feel really bad for you.i had a little rat at where i work going around telling all and sundry that i was a druggie and a drug dealer ,it was hurtful and disapointing ,I had helped that little turd out on many occassions.I will add that i made it quite plain that i knew it was him and i was not best pleased. All i am saying is try not to let the little runt get to you as by the sounds of it you are made of better stuff than him.Good luck.
