TWOC, Driving without a licence,Driving without Insurence
basically my boyfriend has been charged with the above offences, he's 17 and he went out in the car with his mate. Like s fool he agreed to drive and they were stopped by the police. It turned out that the car was actually his mates mums and his mate didnt have a licence even though he had said he did. So I know that my boyfriend can't really be found guilty of TWOC as he had no knowledge that the car was stolen, but I'm wondering what kind of trouble he could be looking at.
