cross examination in court

been in a domestic violence relashionship i was with ex for 7 months
he was charged with 3 assaults and 2 criminal damage by cps and on bail
the trial in a dv court ha has plead not guilty to it all
what will he be cross examined on by my cps lawyer ie inteview tape etc
the have plctures of bruising to my arms and carpet burn on shoulder where he dragged me cross the bedroom by my anckles

Yes, and from what you've said, he will be found Guilty, due to you having photographs of the injures he inflicted upon you........being something 100% sure of him being found Guilty

Hi Katy71 keep your chin up luv i know its hard im going through same thing at the moment - was with ex 6yrs he being charged for DV assault with battery possibly upgrading to ABH with intent - as he beat me up and put knife to my throat! Im in court Wednesday for plea - which ive been told hes pleading not guilty so therefore could go to crown court im scared and confused with it all!

How do you feel about him now?
Bear in mind that having photographs of injuries ony proves they were inflicted. It does not prove who inflicted them.
