I am currently working as an inventory clerk but have recently started doing property management. If I collect rent on behalf of the Landlord which would be paid into my business account and then transferred to the Landlord's account do I have to declare this rent as business turnover or can I list the rent collected separately?

Add as Business Income & would expend itself when paid to landlord as Outgoings exes; commission would be Profit.
