update on blackberry has jumbled up my message logs...?

ive just updated my software but when i was resetting all my preferences etc i noticed that all the messages are jumbled up...

it used to be one box for texts and mms and one for call logs...now they are all randomly in both folders and most of my sent messages seem to be missing...

anyt ideas why and how i can reset the folders...?

ive looked at various settings but cant fix it
