i have a 6 month suspended sentence but due in court for assualt by beating ,will my suspended sentence be revoked by the magistrate if i recieved it at a crown court

No.

But the Magistrates cannot activate it. They will send you to the Crown Court for sentence (even though assault is normally only dealt with in the Magsitrates' Court).
