I know cases were looked at on an individual basis.
In one case when there was only a short time to go the probation officer arranged to see him after work.
I did hear when somebody was taged and was required to be at home at certain times and got a job where he was required in work during some of his curfew time they were flexible.
I have also heard they give sympathetic consideration to somebody on Community Payback where they have to do repairs etc at certain times when one of them got a permanent job.
You will have to contact the probation officer as cases are considered on an individual basis and it may have to be refered to the court.
I know they were quick in reaching a decision so the job was not lost.
