can a band sue me if i used their music in pro prem plus editing

if i managed to deseive a band or group to release a unreleased track or album to me, if i told them in email that i was a record producer and they was silly enougth to believe me an released the unreleased music to me and then i used it in a youtube or sampled it into a cd to play in public or on radio etc would the copy right still cover them

If this isn't hypothetical, why not just ask them if you can use it? They'd be happy for the exposure I'm sure, however small it might be. A link to their site from your youtube page is likely to be enough.

No, you can't.

The rights still reside with the band, or group, and you might find yourself on the wrong end of a law-suit.

saying someone is 'silly enough to believe you' does not absolve you of a crime im afraid.

allowing you to listen to tracks is not releasing them to you...
