Recently ordered a kitchen unit from Littlewoods catalogue which arrived damaged.

Numerous requests for it's collection have been met with lies, deceit, misleading statements and false promises of the arrival of non-existent couriers.
What can I do to have these boxes removed from my kitchen? Littlewoods' latest excuse is they will 'phone Friday 23 March 2012 to advise of collection date.
If this 'phone call, too, fails to materialise, can I treat the units as an unsolicited gift, etc. and sell it elsewhere, like e-bay. (I have no problems with the prospect of facing Littlewoods over a courtroom!).

I had a bit of a rant about BT on Twitter once. Within about 20 minutes I had a tweet from BT asking me to contact them and by the next day they were installing new better cables under my driveway without charging me a penny.
Works for me.
Dave, got any spare 40" TV's knocking around in that warehouse that nobody wants have you?

I ranted (justifiably) about BT on the Martin Lewis website forum once. Didn't achieve a darned thing. It has occurred to me on a few occassions to go back to the thread and state how much worse BT got, the broken promises, and how absolutely awful they are, but I couldn't be bothered. I feel sure they should have sent me another bill by now, I'm half expecting them to claim I've not paid one and cut me off again. If they do they will not be providing me a service ever again.
seems they are happy to Fosters people off...until it becomes public and they risk losing further custom
still, at least they care enough to do these searches...
if they dont sort it i would tell them that on xx date, you will remove the items from your property and leave them outside for collection... if they then go missing its their problem...
