Following a stroke I get attendance allowance for my wife to take care of me.
She is a Thai lady and she wants to return to Thailand to live and wants me
with her so she can look after me,
My question is can I continue to claim my attendace allowance benefit?.

Attendance allowance is only payable within the European Economic Area (and Switzerland):

I should think not.
I should hope not
Attendance Allowance is paid to those needing care, you do not have to receive care, only require care, it can be paid to those living on their own. As BC says it can only be paid if you reside in some European countries, not Thailand.
Only in the EU.
And Switzerland
