Copyright law on movie clips for internal use

Hi, do I need permission to use 3 seconds of copyrighted movie clip for an internal presentation?

I am sure the answer is 'Yes' copyright means exactly that.
The movie company may let you use the clip free provided you acknowledge the contribution, but do not just go ahead and use it without permission.

its only an issue if you are using it publicly - showing it to a few colleagues i doubt could be considered public
