Anyone have any experience with pub watch schemes

Have you ever been part of or even banned from a pub under pub watch scheme.
me and my wife were asked to leave a pub after a very drunk man wouldn't leave us alone.
Tryed to explain to the landlord that I only raised my voice because being polite didn't work but we were still asked to leave.once out side tried once again to explain but no good.
As walked away my wife seemed to think the landlord said we were barred.
I wasn't worried by that as I would never go there again but a friend told me if the pub was under the pub watch scheme I could be barred from all pubs in the area.
I was told to go back and speak to him but to be fair if he never listened to me the first time. Pub is what I think of is a very locals pub and I'm not local.
So if I'm banned how could i find out and what could i do about it ..

I'm no longer pub/clubwatc hed...I was put on it indefinitely .
It was only when other members of the scheme threatened to withdraw from using it that the club that barred me took me off it.
I am still barred from said club.
It cost the club 10,000 pounds to pursue their case against me for making the accusations ....they lost ;0)

They even stole the £10,000 from the members.
Although the club had charity status it was also a business, they had to start running it as a business because it was making too much money. The committees idea of 'hiving off' was in my mind unlawful and I told them so. It was the business that took legal proceedings and it should have been the business that paid the costs....it didn't the costs come straight out of the members funds.

They made a very simple error ....when you bar a 'full member' you are supposed to inform them by letter the reason for barring them.
They didn't, the letter just said barred for the foreseeable future.
They fought a case they simply could not win, it would have been far easier and cheaper just to let me back in.
The did have material in there possession to take action for libel (a series of questions I asked at the AGM) They didn't take that route for fear of someone routing through their dodgy business.
The brother in law was also barred but was let back in, that also cost them a packet but as it wasn't their money they didn't care.

Unbelievable and what numpties....libel/slander is bloody difficult to throw at someone if you were asking questions and what ifs (as you probably know, that's how Private Eye dodge a lot of flak), statements - well that's another matter.
Brings me onto my saying of the day - seen in my caff - "Everyone has the right to stupidity from time to time; some (your club) abuse the privilege."
