First you need to write a letter to them asking for a copy of their complaints handling procedure. You then write detailing your complaints in accordance with that procedure.

If no joy, complain to the Legal Ombudsman.
If you are not satisfied with the service your solicitors are providing firstly make a complaint to the firm with whom you are dealing to the senior partner or the named person you have been notified deals with complaints, which should have been provided when the first instruction was given. If you are not satisfied with the response contact the Solicitors Regulation Authority or the Legal Ombudsman.
In a profession as large as this is there are a few, very few, people who can bring the profession into disrepute, have no mercy and prepare your facts carefully before you make a complaint, do not be put off.
