Can I have a name removed from the land registry with a death certificate only or do I need legal support

When my husband died i just did the appropriate form and sent it with a death cert IIRC.

I had to do a form DJP. I was a bit confused by what to do so i phoned up and asked. They were very nice and helpful and it was quite easy.

make sure you go to the .gov website, there are many similar websites that are commercial concerns and will charge you fees to do what you can do yourself
