If you are buying a property and immediately selling on to another buyer you have found higher price (I think it's called flipping) - you receive the Property Information Forms from the seller's solicitor, but what forms do you send to your buyer? I'm doing my own conveyancing (I used to work in conveyancing quite a few years ago) - but I don't want my buyer to see who I am buying from. I can't complete the forms from any knowledge of the property so I guess I just copy out my seller's answers.
Not familiar with subsales - anyone know how you do this?
