Mandate Frustration
I´ll try and be brief. I own a flat in a 3 flat converted house in the UK. Earlier this year we decided to form a new management co, to manage the building. In order to do this we each had to go to HSBC and complete a mandate form. As i am not living in the uk, I was told to present one of 10 different documents in order to process it. One of them being a tennant agreement, which i have, and was intending to present to them when i go back to the uk in 3 weeks. In the meantime, i asked a friend to talk to HSBC on my behalf, and they are now adamant that a tennants agreement isn´t what they want. So now what do i do??
