Bikes
The house next door is divided into several rented bedsits and one of the tenants keeps locking their bicycle to the railings shared by both properties. These railings are the original Victorian railings on the steps leading up to the front doors of each house. The handlebars of the bike stick into our side and keep catching on us and out visitors. My arm is freshly bruised from this morning's encounter. I've already asked the managing agents for the property if they could ask the tenant to move the bike but both requests have been ignored. Do I have any rights to force them to take action?
